Jungian Coaching and Insight Work

What is Jungian Therapy?

Jungian therapy, also known as analytical psychology, is a depth-oriented approach to psychotherapy developed by Swiss psychiatrist Carl Gustav Jung. Unlike other therapeutic modalities that focus primarily on symptoms or behaviors, Jungian therapy explores the deeper layers of the psyche, including the unconscious mind, archetypal patterns, and the journey toward psychological wholeness.

This therapeutic approach recognizes that psychological healing involves more than just resolving immediate problems. It’s about understanding the profound patterns that shape our lives, integrating rejected aspects of ourselves, and moving toward what Jung called “individuation” – the process of becoming who we truly are.

Jungian Coaching Discovery Call

During this call, you’ll discuss what’s calling you toward inner work—whether it’s feeling stuck in life transitions, seeking greater authenticity, or wanting to understand recurring dreams or relationship patterns—while the coach explains how Jungian concepts like shadow work, archetypes, and individuation can support your personal development journey. This exploratory session helps determine if Jungian coaching resonates with your goals for self-discovery and conscious living.

Jungian Coaching Session

A one-hour Jungian coaching session provides deep, focused time to explore your inner landscape through the lens of analytical psychology, working with elements like dreams, shadow material, recurring life patterns, and archetypal themes that are emerging in your current life situation. The session combines dialogue, reflection, and possibly creative exercises or active imagination techniques to help you understand unconscious patterns, integrate rejected aspects of yourself, and move toward greater psychological wholeness and authentic self-expression. This extended timeframe allows for meaningful exploration of complex psychological material while supporting your individuation process—the journey toward becoming more fully who you truly are.

Cognitive Type™ Analysis

A one-hour cognitive type analysis session explores your unique psychological preferences and patterns through the lens of Jungian typology, helping you understand how you naturally process information, make decisions, and engage with the world. Using dialogue, assessment tools, and behavioral observations, the session identifies your dominant cognitive functions—such as whether you lead with thinking or feeling, sensing or intuition, and how you orient toward the inner or outer world. This comprehensive analysis provides insights into your natural strengths, potential blind spots, communication style, and areas for psychological development, offering a valuable framework for understanding yourself and improving relationships, career choices, and personal growth strategies.
